March Madness: Updates

We have now entered the Final Four in this crazy tournament. At the beginning, many people predicted Virginia to go all the way, but failed to in the first round. This has been an interesting bracket, as three out of the four teams have not come to this stage in the past five years. Loyola-Chi, or Loyola-Chicago has upended the college basketball world. Three game-winning shots have sent them to the Final Four We have now entered the third week of this amazing tournament. The Final Four. 32 teams, now down to four. Loyola-Chi, Villanova, Michigan, and Kansas. Here is their stories on how they got there.Loyola- Chi, or Loyola Chicago, has upended the entire college basketball world.Three game- winning shots have got them into the Final Four. Now, they have a chance to take home the title for the first time since 1963. Villanova, of course, has been a stellar team for the past two years, and their shooting skills have brought them many accomplishments and awards. Michigan has turned the tables for itself, turning from a football school into a basketball one. 15 years ago, Michigan was not a great or average team. Now, it faces Loyola in a hotly-contested match. Finally, we come to our final competitor, the Kansas Jayhawks. Bill Seif has established a modern playing style, and leads all four teams in field goal attempts since 2008. The Jayhawks will be facing Villanova in what seems to be a closely decided match. Now that we know how they got there, lets see what happens this weekend. This Final Four is going to be an interesting one.
